Paris is planting her sweetcorn inside – we are making the pots from newspaper, and she has been busy collecting the kernels from her last year’s crop to plant.
Will keep you upated!

March is a great time to start your radish and lettuce seeds and onion seeds or sets. Mine are already in, even if they did get covered in snow! If the sun shines, we will see sprouts in 10 to 14 days. This is SO exciting. Several other gardeners have started turning their soil over, and we have some new gardeners working with us this year. Looks like this will be another great season in the West Bloomington Community Garden. Remember, always plant your potatoes on Good Friday for a great harvest. Hope to see you all out enjoying the sun soon.
