Vikki, Paris and Ciel have lived on N Madison St since November 2006. Vikki is the Development Specialist at Mid Central Community Action, and the girls both attend Bent Elementary school.
Vikki became interested in the community garden through the Westside Redevelopment Summits, held at Mt Pisgah Baptist Church. She believes that anything she can do to make a safer and brighter future for our youth is a worthwhile investment!
Having attended a number of Community Development trainings hosted by NeighborWorks America, Vikki gained a great insight in building communities from the inside out, and is keen to be involved in the redevelopment of Bloomington’s West side.
